The Capital Market Authority of Rwanda (CMA) is hereby bringing to the attention of the public that it has not yet licensed any person or entity to carry out Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Business (commonly known as Online Forex Trading) including offering trainings related to that service. Any dealings in this type of activities without appropriate license is unlawful.

Those who want to carry out such business must comply with the Regulation Governing Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading in Rwanda available here.

Members of the public are reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicion of Leveraged Foreign Exchange Trading Business to CMA.
